We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you provide payment information and do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the applicable subscription plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your first charge. Annual plan refunds are prorated for unused months when requested within 30 days. No refunds are issued after these windows.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the platform (“Your Content”). By uploading content, you grant AI property Manager a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of intellectual property rights.
